PAYMENTS

To avoid order cancellation, you MUST send payments within 1 hour of placing your order. If you have any issue sending payments or receive notifications that your bank has placed a hold on your payment, please reach out to our Support Team at Support@CarolinaPeptides.com.

We accept payments with all major credit cards. We offer both individual pricing and bulk discount pricing. Please see our products pages for quantity discounts. Please contact us by email for large bulk/wholesale discounts.

You can pay via Payment Link or Venmo. Due to payment processing regulations, ONLY included your OREDER NUMBER when submitting payment.

Select this option at checkout to be invoiced for your order. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours. Once you have paid your invoice, your order will move to processing within 48-72 hours and ship per our policy. Invoice will come from CarolinaPepWellness/Stripe. Please check your spam folder. Invoices need to be paid within 24 hours, or your order will be cancelled.

Select this option at checkout for payment. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR SPELLING IS CORRECT AND YOU SEND PAYMENT TO CORRECT ACCOUNT. OUR ACCOUNT WILL HAVE OUR LOGO ON IT.

Invoice: (wholesale orders only)

Select this option at checkout to be invoiced for your order. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours. SHIPPING

In Stock Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmed payment. In some cases we process orders as fast as same day or next business day. (This excludes bulk pre orders) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note items that have a “Ship By” date will be shipped as soon as our next order is received, inspected and put into inventory. This process usually takes 10-15 business days but could be longer.

Orders are shipped to the address provided in the order details. Carolina Peptides is not responsible for any errors with delivery if the address given is not valid. Any orders “returned to sender” due to an invalid address will be charged an additional shipping fee before reshipment is authorized. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect address provided. Recovery of these packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Contact USPS for lost or missing packages.

We currently only ship within the US.

  • We ship domestically by USPS Priority Mail.

  • Transit time is typically 2-3 business days.

  • We charge a flat rate of $12.95 USD for standard shipping.

  • Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $30.95 USD.

  • Bulk/wholesale orders shipping rate varies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order is in process for shipment. Once an order is in process for shipment or your item has shipped you may not cancel your order. Please contact us at support@carolinapeptides.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order.

DAMAGED/LOST SHIPMENT

If you paid for insurance; please provide pictures of your damaged products to orders@carolinapeptides.com & we will reship another package to you and take care of any claims process on our end!

If you did not pay for insurance, unfortuantly your package is not covered for reship.
