HOW DO I STORE MY PEPTIDES?

Lyophilized (Freeze dried):

Short Term - Lyophilized Peptides will remain stable at room temperature for up to 60 days.However, upon receipt all peptides should be stored in the refrigerator for maximum stability and longevity. Peptides store in the refrigerator of 4C (39F) can last 1-2 years (unmixed).

Long Term - It is preferred to store the peptides in a freezer at -18C (0F), if you plan to not use them form 1-2 months. Peptides can be stored at this temperature for up to 3 years (unmixed).
 
Reconstituted (Mixed):

Short Term - Reconstituted Peptides can generally remain stable for up to 30 days when stored in the refrigerator at 4C (39F).

Long Term - It is not recommended to store reconstituted peptides for long periods of time. However, freezing peptides at -80C (-112F) is optimal in order to preserve the peptides stability.

HOW DO I RECONSTITUTE MY PEPTIDES?

Step 1 – Remove the plastic cap from the peptide vial to expose the rubber stopper.

Step 2 – Remove the plastic cap from the sterile water vial to expose the rubber stopper.

Step 3 – To prevent bacterial contamination, swab the rubber stoppers with alcohol.

Step 4 – Extract 1mL (milliliters) of water from the sterile water vial.

Step 5 – Insert the 1mL (milliliters) of sterile water into the peptide vial, letting the water slowly enter the vial.

Step 6 – Gently swirl the solution until all peptide is dissolved – do not shake the vial.

Step 7 – Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes after reconstitution before administering.

To avoid order cancellation, you must send payments within 1 hour of placing your order. If you have any issue sending payments or receive a notification that your bank has placed a hold on your payment, please reach out to our support team at support@carolinapeptides.com.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, OR LOST, WHAT DO I DO

If you paid for insurance; please provide pictures of your damaged products to orders@carolinapeptides.com & we will reship another package to you and take care of any claims process on our end!

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER SHOWING IN TRANSIT WITHOUT ADDITIONAL UPDATES?

USPS First class packages do not have to be scanned as they move through the delivery process. We have no control over transit times.
